Meet Your Instructor

Shannon's mission is to help endurance athletes have the race they trained for without unhelpful thoughts and unwanted anxiety slowing them down. 

  • Sport Psychology Consultant
  • Masters Degree: Sport and Exercise Psychology from Temple University
  • Worked as a Performance Expert-Master Resilience Trainer with the United States Army
  • Collegiate, youth, and masters swim coaching experience
  • 2x Ironman finisher (including a podium finish), 3x 70.3 finisher, ultramarathon finisher, former national level competitive swimmer, open water marathon swimmer
